Bipolar disorder is a serious and highly prevalent mental disease that constitutes a priority research objective for the Centro de Investigación Biomédica en Red de Salud Mental (CIBERSAM). It brings together the leading national research groups in this disease and makes it possible to join forces for progress in understanding the causes and treatment of the disease.
