Training
One of the missions of the Centro de Investigación Biomédica en Red en el área de Salud Mental is to facilitate and improve the capacity for training its investigators, especially the up-and-coming ones. Its fundamental objectives include teaching new technologies and trends, improved training in research methodology and co-ordination with CIBERSAM working programs. The training program revolves around two primary axes:
- Training courses, arranged according to areas in which the CIBERSAM’s research has been structured. Priority will be given to currently existing training programs and courses, especially those that comprise postgraduate and doctoral programs, with emphasis on existing collaborative situations among the groups.
- Research internships, both as part of an investigator exchange program among CIBERSAM groups and internships in external hospitals or laboratories.
In order to optimise the program’s performance, the Centro de Investigación Biomédica en Red de Salud Mental will periodically post its groups’ training openings for both courses and internships on its website.
