Immuno-oncology webinar series: "Immune monitoring by next-generation flow cytometry: application for assessing immunotherapy responses"

El título es "Immune monitoring by next-generation flow cytometry: application for assessing immunotherapy responses".

CIBERONC Immuno-Oncology Work Module Seminar Series: May 28.

Resumen del Seminario:

Understanding the immune system and its interaction with tumor cells is key to advancing cancer research and treatment. This webinar will highlight how next-generation flow cytometry (NGF), developed by the EuroFlow Consortium, enables standardized, high-dimensional immune profiling for precise characterization of immune cell subsets and their functional states. We will present advanced NGF panels for the comprehensive analysis of myeloid cells, T cells (CD4⁺ and CD8⁺), NK cells, and B/plasma cells, offering new insights into disease progression, biomarker discovery, and prediction of treatment response. Special focus will be given to immune monitoring in immunotherapy, particularly focused on CAR-T cell therapy and its relationship with clinical outcomes. Current challenges in reproducibility, data integration, and clinical implementation will also be addressed.

Join us to explore how NGF is shaping the future of precision oncology
